2026 Summer Transfer Prep Program Application

The Summer Transfer Prep Program is a FREE program for Students looking to apply to transfer to a CSU or UC this Fall 2026. The program's goals are to support students to be transfer-ready to begin their journey in a 4-year university Fall 2027. Additionally, we aim to increase awareness of the transfer process for students who are looking to transfer in upcoming Fall semesters. Students will received transfer support workshops from August 10-12 (UC/CSU Application help, Career/Major exploration, overview of requirements/deadlines etc) and will continue to receive transfer support services throughout Spring 2027. Please note this program cannot guarantee you will be able to transfer to a CSU/UC Fall 2027 but is aimed to support you on your journey. Dates: August 10-12, 2026 (Must attend ALL Days) Time: 9AM-1:30PM Location: Sacramento City College Campus *Breakfast and lunch included for all days APPLICATION DEADLINE: July 30, 2026
